Once a shark got a toothache. It went to a famous dentist. As the shark could count only up to 10,  it explained the problem in this way: the aching tooth is in the front upper row on the left. If we count from the centre, then it is the eighth tooth, and if we count from the left towards the centre, then it is the fourth tooth. How many teeth are there in the Shark’s front upper row?
